Once your forms have been submitted and approved, the information will be forwarded to our sales team, who will contact you about our product line and provide you with a price list, and go over any additional questions you may have like ordering or logistics. We endevour to reply to all serious inquiries in one business week.

The application form is set up to be filled out right on your computer, and many of the fields are auto-fill, please be our guest to use this feature. Please complete and return the forms as soon as you can, so we can get your account up and going.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO FILL OUT?

Company Information:

The usual: name, number and address. This information helps our sales and dispatch team learn a little about your company and the best ways to service your account.

Dealer Authorization (1 page)

This form is required (filled in full) for dealers who wish to pay by credit card, or other prepayment method. (Money Order, Bankers Cheque, Wire Transfer). This authorization is required on file for all companies.

Accompanying Documents

Please include copies of all applicable documents listed below. These are required by all new dealers.

• Photocopy of your State or County Resale / Business / Occupational License
• Photocopy of your N.P.O. Exemption Documents (For Non-Profit Organizations)
• Photocopy of your Federal Tax Identification Certificate (EIN Number issued by the IRS or Social Security Number for Sole Proprietorships)
• Tax Exemption Certificates (A blanket form is attached to the application if your state does not provide you with one)
• California Resale Card (for California Customers only)
• Two of the following:
  • Photos of your Store Front
  • Copy of an Advertisement
  • Invoice from other paintball supplier (Prices XXXXXX out)
  • Voided Check
  
  
  
  PLEASE NOTE:
  • Business Licenses, Occupational License, Resale Certificate - all states call this something different. What we are looking for is a certificate from the state level showing the legitimacy of the company and the active standing with the government to do business.. Business Licenses must be for the business applying for the dealership, and must be "paintball" related.
